When: May 14^th – May 16^th

Where: Aspen, Co

Cost: $400 per team

Who:   Youth Boys Grades 2^nd – 8^TH / High School Boys Grades 9^TH – 12^TH

Youth Girls Grades 2^nd – 8^TH / High School Girls Grades 9^th – 12^th

Competition Details

Championship Format

All teams will be guaranteed 3 x 40 minute, full field games

Games will run with 2 x 20 minute halves with a 5-minute half time

Trophy Awarded to Championship team in all divisions

Boys

v      Option for a Friday night game!  Please email meredith@aspenlacrosse.org if your team would like to schedule a Friday night game (please note: it will not affect your end time on Sunday because of playoff format)

v      Tournament schedule will fall between Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-10:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-3:00pm.

Girls

v      Tournament schedule will fall between Saturday 9:00am-10:00pm, Sunday 9:00am – 3:00pm.

How do I register my team?

1. Email Meredith Elwell Sauder at meredith@aspenlacrosse.org to reserve your space.
2. Fill out team registration form (attached)
3. Include team fee of $400 with registration form.
4. Checks payable to Aspen Lacrosse Club and mailed to:   

PO Box 1233 Carbondale, CO 81623

5. Player Waiver / Application will be emailed after we receive registration form.

Deadlines to remember

1. Team Registration must be received by March 29^th.
2. Final Team rosters must be received by May 3rd.
3. Waivers due at registration.  All players must complete waiver in order to participate.
4. Schedule will be posted on www.aspenlacrosse.org by May 10^th.
