Equipment Requirements
Lacrosse is a contact sport and requires that players have the correct gear to ensure safety. The list of equipment below is required of every player at any game or practice. If a player doesn't have all of the gear with them they will not be allowed to play for their own safety.
- Lacrosse Stick - Must have a regulation stick (please see rule for specifics) - Lacrosse Helmet (Must be a lacrosse specific helmet) - Lacrosse Gloves (Must be lacrosse specific gloves) - Shoulder Pads (Lacrosse and hockey allowed) - Elbow Pads (Lacrosse and hockey allowed) - Mouth Piece - Jock and Cup - Cleats (For field; outdoors) - Sneakers (For gym; indoors)
All players should bring shoes for the gym and cleats in the beginning of the season, due to weather and field conditions the playing surface will be subject to change.
